Located half a mile from the ocean, this 3 unit luxury multi-family condominium project was redeveloped to take advantage of a once underutilized lot in a prime location in Redondo Beach. The vistas of the Pacific were paramount features to emphasize and embrace, as the property boasts impressive views of the Pacific Ocean, Palos Verdes Peninsula, and the Santa Monica Mountains.

A stepped building form allowed for a unique architectural expression of the structure’s massing. The materiality of the building consists of a thoughtful application of light and dark smooth stucco with Thermory ash wood siding accents on the second story. This same wood application also formed part of the sitework material palette, with the landscaping and architecture blending into one.
